All Tennessee State Guard members, for their own protection, are asked to maintain personal liability insurance that protects them to, during, and from drills and scheduled training and activities. Below is information and application form for this insurance.
Major Hargrove, Brigade S-4 is the POC. Completed forms and the $17 premium should be returned to him not later than the 6 December Drill.
